Ill-health Management Panel
The Ill Health Management Panel consists of three members, selected for each of its meeting sfrom amongst the members, from time to time, of the Personnel Committee, following consultation with the Chair and/or the People Policy and Development Committee.
The Panel considers reports on individual officers and makes decisions under Regulation A20 of the Police Pension Regulations 1987, as amended and applying from time to time.
The Panel has full delegated powers to act within its terms of reference, with its minutes being submitted to the People Policy and Development Committee.
