Peter is a retired Education Welfare Officer having had a wide variety of other occupations which have contributed to his twenty-two years of elected representation in Burton-upon-Trent.
Peter has had responsibility on cabinet level at East Staffs Borough Council and Staffordshire County Council and is a member of the Burton College Governing Body and the Burton Consolidated Charities.
