Rosemary joined the Staffordshire Police Authority in 2007 after a career spanning nursing, social housing, writing and social research with a special focus on race equality.
She was also a magistrate on the West Midlands Bench, now transferred to the supplemental list. Rosemary has a range of voluntary interests, which still include social housing.
She is a board member of a Sanctuary Housing Group and a committee member of the Beth Johnson Housing Association in Staffordshire.
Other voluntary interests include work with older people and new migrants.
