Mr. Frank Chapman
Frank followed in his father's footsteps and had a successful career in five different police services. He is currently the County Councillor for the Newcastle Rural Division and Stafford Borough Councillor for the Eccleshall ward.
He is very much involved in community life and has acted as a Lay Assessor with the Social Services, a volunteer driver for Katherine House Hospice and as a lay helper at his local Day Care Centre.
