Ian lives with his wife and two children in Stone.
He works as a business consultant, specialising in industrial business development.
As a Staffordshire County Councillor Ian represents Stone Rural Division and presently serves as the Deputy Leader of the Conservative Group.
He is also Chair of Governors of a high school. Outside of public service duties Ian enjoys sports, theatre and art.
He is also involved in a local history society and gives occasional talks on various local history topics.
