- Assist with the research of information and documentation as allocated
Administrative support for transition
- Daily Support to Programme Director and Manager
- Update activity log
- Maintain library of documents
- Manage archiving of relevant PA information
- Track outstanding actions
- Attendance at Police Governance Transition Board
- Assist in the development of an induction process for PCC Candidates
Custody Visiting Scheme
- Produce quarterly visiting statistical data & preparing reports for Volunteers Committee on same
- Monthly Information Bulletin
Freedom of Information
- Maintain Disclosure Log
- Dealing with FOI requests
Secretariat Functions
- To support the Principal Officer in the delivery of effective and efficient support services
- To ensure proper compliance with all relevant standing orders procedures and policies
- To provide cover, as appropriate, to fellow Authority Administrators
- To undertake any training as required
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the grade of the post
